Natchez Merry Market is a RAIN or SHINE event.

Booth rental fees will NOT be refunded or transferred in any shape form or fashion.

 Your booth is not secured until your booth fee has been paid.

This is where ALL vendor updates and event setup times will be posted.


NO REFUND. NO TRANSFERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Booth Space is a 10x10 floor arrangement. (Some spaces are 8x12, 6x14)

Tables and chairs are NOT provided!

Tents are allowed. Make sure it will fit in a 10 x10 area.

We reserve the right to reject any application.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all rules set forth by the Natchez Convention Center.

Vendors are to leave their areas clean and free of debris upon departure.

 

You must take your trash to the dumpster in the back of the building.

Do not put your merchandise boxes in the trash cans and do not leave your bags of trash outside by the green cans. There is a dumpster at the rear of the building.

 Your booth is not secured until your application has been reviewed, an invoice has been sent to your email, and your invoice is paid.

~NO EARLY BREAK DOWNS WILL BE TOLERATED~

VENDORS WHO BREAK DOWN EARLY WILL NOT BE invited BACK TO OUR EVENTS FOR 5 YEARS.

If you are a two-day vendor and fail to set up for Friday, you will forfeit your inside space. We will accommodate you outside or in the foyer if space is still available.

~ SALES TAX MUST BE PAID DAY OF EVENT ~
If you do not pay the day of the event, YOU WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK.
